Ask us to restore something

If content you uploaded was removed after a copyright complaint and you believe that was a mistake, write to us and we'll take another look.

How it works

Tell us what was removed and why you think the complaint was wrong — you had permission, the material is yours, it's a different work with a similar name, or the claim simply doesn't hold up. We go back to whoever raised it, hear both sides, and restore the content unless there's a real reason not to.

What to include

  • Your name and an email address we can reply to.
  • What was removed, and where it was on dos.games.
  • Why you think the removal was a mistake.

What we won't do

We won't restore something a court has already ruled on, and we won't keep re-litigating the same claim. Beyond that, we'd rather err towards putting preservation material back up than leaving it down over a misunderstanding.
