Terms of Service

The agreement between you and dos.games. Last updated 3 June 2026.

By accessing or using dos.games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA policy.

dos.games is operated by WEB RELIC LTD, G02, Eurocity, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. Questions about these Terms can be sent to andrej.mecir@gmail.com.

1. The service

dos.gamesis a community-driven archive that lets you browse a curated catalog of DOS-era games, run supported titles in your browser, and use community features (library, collections, reviews, forums, cloud saves, and multiplayer). The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 13). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Circumvent security, rate limits, moderation, or access controls.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the service to distribute malware or to violate others’ rights.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant dos.games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or the law, and we notify authors when their content is removed by moderation.

5. Preservation & copyright

dos.games preserves historic software for cultural and educational purposes. Many DOS-era titles remain under copyright. We respond to valid takedown requests under our DMCA policy, and a request from a current rights-holder always takes precedence. If you are a rights-holder, contact us at andrej.mecir@gmail.com.

6. Memberships & payments

Core features are free. Optional paid memberships may be offered in the future; their price, perks, and billing terms will be presented before purchase and these Terms updated accordingly. Nothing on the service is purchasable until billing is explicitly enabled.

7. Intellectual property of the service

The dos.games name, branding, site design, and original code are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or to comply with the law.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: andrej.mecir@gmail.com.
